Over the years, we’ve developed a culture that sets us apart by bringing in people who are great at what they do and treating each other like family. Our team of approximately 200 people across Central and Eastern Kentucky work diligently to create and perfect each product that leaves our facility.

Land, buildings, equipment - they’re all integral parts of our process, but none of them work without the right people. All of our employees are active, hands-on and uniquely involved in our process.
